Due to the handmade nature of Lovesuite Jewelry, all of the jewelry sold on Lovesteadyofficial.com and purchased at our in-person markets are Final Sale. We will consider the resizing of rings and chain lengths on a case-by-case basis, so please email us at infolovesuite@gmail.com with your questions.  

EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to i nfolovesuite@gmail.com with your inquiry and we will provide you with an  specific instructions on sending your item for an exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for shipping your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods during transit.
