Payment

At this time payment accepted.  Payment is due at the time of purchase.  If payment is not received, sale will be cancelled and item re-listed. 

Shipping

US orders ONLY at this time.  Item will be shipped within 2-3 days after receipt of payment, unless it's made to order please allow 5-7 days before item will be shipped.  You will be notified via email once your purchase has been shipped. Please ensure that your address is correct. If this is a gift and is being sent to another address, please specify in notes to seller at checkout. 

We offer free standard US shipping on orders $75 or more. It will apply automatically when you check out!

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

I accept Returns and Exchanges upon my discretion and communication with buyer. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. 

I do not accept Cancellations. 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.  I can't accept returns for: 

• Custom or Personalized orders
• Items on sale

LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, Lovesuite Jewelry & Design nor Lovesteady LLC are not responsible for any lost packages. If an order is marked as delivered but the buyer didn't receive it, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact USPS to open a case to find the package.Once a package leaves our office, we unfortunately have no control over the package. 

Additional policies and FAQs

Please be aware that natural stone and beads may have slight imperfecions - such is the beauty of items that are handcrafted, not mass-produced.  Some metals and some dyed beads may react adversely to certain chemicals, such as sunscreen, lotion and perfumes.  It is strongly suggested that buyers not wear their purchases in the shower or pool, and avoid spraying hair products while wearing jewelry.  Please contact LOVESUITE at infolovesuite@gmail.com with any questions before placing your order.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact LOVESUITE before providing feedback so we can find a solution together.  Please note acutal color may slightly vary due to display settings.
